The Customer Account Coordinator we are looking for will support the Customer Account Management (CAM) team with processing of commercial contracts in SAP. In addition, he/she acts as key point of coordination in the sales process for global enquiries and RFP/tenders that have a sales potential. In coordination with Sales and CAM, he/she monitors and reports on lead generation, response times and conversion rates. Furthermore, the Coordinator monitors data quality to improve business efficiency and transparency and assists the CAM-team in a broad range of supportive tasks.
