To keep the quality high, they are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer. Are you commercially and service-oriented? • The gross salary is a maximum of € 4.500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week and experience gained

What do your tasks and responsibilities look like?

• Make sure that the products meet the quality requirements
• Handle, resolve or reject claims
• Coordinate with quality managers to discuss and resolve customer product quality issues
• Inform customers in a timely manner of the status of quality issues or any requests
• Participate in the planning and control of product quality based on the customer’s specifications and requirements
• Inform the quality management team about customer feedback and expectations about the quality of the product
• Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers
• Train and guide the quality management team in identifying and developing problem-solving methodologies to solve quality problems
• Assisting in new product development activities to avoid quality issues
• Drafting and maintaining product quality documentation based on AITF specifications
• Develop product quality processes based on quality standards
• Manage and coordinate audits
• Work with quality managers to improve the quality management system based on audit results
• Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Drawing up a risk inventory of production processes (FMEA)
• Handling complaints from suppliers and customers (8D) reporting
• Initiating and maintaining SPC methodologies

What do they ask of you?

• A completed technical hbo education
• 4 years of experience as a quality engineer
• Knowledge of IATF quality system
• Knowledge of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Knowledge of 8D problem solving
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong process-based thinking, accurate and systematic work, team player.
• Analytical and communicative skills
• Proactive and commercially minded
