Commercial Manager Detavast

Our client is a worldwide operating financial services provider offering their customers total solutions in the field of Credit Management. Their business culture can be described as customer orientated, formal, professional and dynamic. Despite of the recent economical challenges due to COVID19, this company remains stable and even has growth prospects.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager who can work full time/ 40 hours a week. It is preferable if you have gained experience within a Credit Management/ Financial Services environment and if you worked in an internationally operating organization. After the induction period, you can work remotely or in the office in Amsterdam if required. Please only respond when you master the Dutch and English language at a good level. This is a permanent position.

This Commercial Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Establish further growth and developing the Small Medium Enterprise segment globally via the E-commerce platform Agora or direct;
• Make use of commercial insights and influencing key internal stakeholders to successfully manage the whole process from start to finish;
• Gather business requirements translating these into benefits to make necessary system or process improvements;
• Have frequent contact with internal IT and external partners to make changes happen;
• You will identify new opportunities, services and partners and start up projects;
• Developing the long-term business plan working closely with the channel manager;
• Manage and optimise the development of the Agora platform including new services.

• Knowledge and experience gained within a Credit Management or Financial services environment is preferred;
• Experience with driving performance of a platform, product or service;
• Excellent (English) communications skills both written and verbal;
• Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects;
• Result focused, adaptable, pro-active and constantly seeking for process improvements
• Willing to work remotely in a challenging international environment;
