Our client is a  leading supplier of technological systems in the region The Hague and they are looking for a Senior Credit Controller Germany. You will manage your own receivables customer portfolio, monitors the DSO (Days of Sales Outstanding) and anticipates thereon in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with international company policy and legislation.

What do your tasks and responsibilities look like?

• Collection of outstanding invoices including follow-up calls
• Dunning outstanding invoices
• Analyzing (new) customers B2B
• Preparing files for legal affairs
• Advising for the transfer of files to the collection agency
• Advising for a suspension, customer termination or write-off of irrecoverable receivables
• Monitoring customer receivables levels
• Performing account reconciliations and post journal entries
• Supporting auditors
• All kinds of projects concerning collections

What do we ask of you?

• A completed a HBO or University education in finance and accounting
• Experience with SAP, Onguard and Excel
• Minimal 5 years relevant work experience in an international environment
• Master the German and English language fluently in oral and writing
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong reporting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience with deadlines and priorities
• Accuracy
• Being able to function independently
