Machine Woodworker Detavast

Our client is a nice company in The Hague and they are currently looking for a Machine Woodworker for 40 hours a week. For many years they have been engaged in the manufacturing of custom wood products. Especially the making of windows and doors is done a lot. In addition, window frames are also created in the company.

It concerns a semi-permanent position of 48 months. This means that you will be employed by us for the first 48 months and after that, provided everything goes well, you will be employed by our client.

Do you have a lot of experience in working with different woodworking machines, do you live in The Hague, in the triangle Gouda-Leiden-Rotterdam or you are willing to move there, and are you a motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and independent person?! As a Machine Woodworker you will work with different woodworking machines: 4-sided planer, tenoning machine, thicknesser, format saw and crosscut saw. It is therefore important that you have had extensive experience with these different machines in the past. For example, it is not enough to qualify for this position if you have only gained experience with CNC machines. In addition, it is important that you have independently made frames, windows and doors in the past.

If you meet the requirements below, you are eligible for our position of Machine Woodworker at our client in The Hague!

• You have followed a professional training or have gained relevant experience, for example at a carpentry factory;
• You have at least 3 years of work experience in mechanical woodworking;
• You have experience with various woodworking machines, such as the 4-sided planer, tenoning machine, thicknesser, format saw and crosscut saw;
• You are an independent worker and you do not need (almost) any management;
• You work meticulously and attentively;
• You are able to work 40 hours a week;
• You live in The Hague or in the triangle Gouda-Leiden-Rotterdam or are willing to move there;
• You master either the English, German or Dutch language.
