Our relation is an international organization that provides several financial services.

As a Legal Officer you have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of a range of legal and corporate aspects of Structured Finance transactions for client companies, in particular:
  • Assisting with the closing of Structured Finance transactions, including review and negotiation of transaction documents, coordination of approval process and attending to all associated matters;
  • Ensuring the continuing good standing of client companies by ensuring all company law and contractual requirements are attended to;
• Communicate with and advise clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other offices worldwide;
• Maintain and develop a good network of internationally established clients, advisers and counter-parties;
• Involvement in other aspects of client work such as corporate, legal and tax;
• Assist in execution of due diligence ÒKnow Your Client Ó processes.

The following qualifications and experience will be highly regarded:

• University education in Dutch corporate, company or fiscal law with at least two years of experience in a comparable position, exposure to Structured Finance structures is a definite advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to thrive under pressure and cope with tight deadlines;
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time and excellent attention to detail;
• Commercial, service-minded and dynamic attitude;
• Willingness to further develop (international) tax and company law knowledge;
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work within a team;
• Fluency in English and Dutch is essential
